Role Summary
Lead enterprise-wide marketing initiatives that strengthen Crisil’s market position and support business growth. This role requires a strategic marketer who can translate business priorities into compelling marketing programs, influence senior stakeholders, and drive flawless execution with a high degree of ownership.
Key Expectations
• Translate business priorities into high-impact enterprise marketing initiatives that strengthen market positioning and business outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end marketing programs—from insight and ideation through planning, execution, and performance measurement.
• Develop compelling marketing narratives by connecting market trends, customer insights, and business objectives with minimal reliance on agencies.
• Drive execution excellence through strong program management, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions to align priorities and deliver impact.
• Operate with a hands-on, ownership mindset, balancing strategic thinking with disciplined execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead enterprise positioning and go-to-market initiatives, including thought leadership, sales enablement, and strategic client engagement programs that strengthen Crisil's market influence and support business growth.
Preferred Experience
• 11 to 16 years of B2B marketing experience in knowledge-intensive industries such as financial services, research, consulting.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise or cross-functional marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, storytelling, and program management capabilities.
• MBA in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, or a related field from a reputed institution
• Experience leading Marketing & Communications for a matrixed, or multinational organization.
