Key Requirements:
- Expertise in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, and Contract Management
- Strong experience in pre & post-contract management, tendering, procurement, claims, and value engineering
- Client-facing leadership experience with large team management
- Proven business development and account growth experience
- Exposure to CostX, BIM, FIDIC, and large-scale construction/real estate projects preferred
- Experience managing complex commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, or infrastructure projects
