Job Type: Full-Time
Sign-On & Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000** What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry to an established patient population.
- Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Provide restorative, cosmetic, and other general dental procedures based on training and experience.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with patients.
- Present treatment plans and educate patients on available treatment options.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable standards of care.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other team members.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical education.
Ideal Candidate
- Holds a DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
- Is licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado.
- Values comprehensive patient care and strong patient relationships.
- Wants clinical autonomy while still having access to mentorship and collaboration.
- Is committed to continuous clinical and professional development.
- Communicates effectively with patients and team members.
- Takes ownership of their clinical work and contributes positively to the practice.
- Has an interest in growing into additional leadership or practice-management responsibilities.
