Optum is hiring for the role of Associate Data Analyst!

Primary Responsibilities

• Performs routine or structured work
• Responds to routine or standard requests
• Uses existing procedures and facts to solve routine problems or conduct routine analyses
• Depends on others for instruction, guidance or direction
• Basic, structured, standard approach to work

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience (B.TECH / BCA / Bsc)
• Basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a function or skill

Required Skills

• Data Analysis: Basic data interpretation, routine analysis, structured problem-solving
• MS Excel: Data cleaning, formatting, charts, and basic formulas
• SQL: Basic querying and data retrieval
• Python (beginner): Pandas, NumPy
• Reporting Tools: Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to follow procedures and identify patterns in structured data
