  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient medication management.
  • Ability to critically assess and interpret clinical data and research.
  • Problem-solving skills to address complex medication-related issues.
  • Familiarity with medication safety, quality assurance practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to educate and counsel patients regarding their medication therapies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple patient cases efficiently.
  • A degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution and a valid pharmacy license.

To succeed in this role you should have the following:

  • A degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution and a valid pharmacy license.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, along with a compassionate approach to patient care.
