About the role

What you’ll do:

This role is expected to

Own compensation analytics, salary administration, pay equity reviews, and annual reward processes.

Deliver workforce insights through dashboards and reporting on headcount, attrition, hiring, and talent trends.

Manage compensation and HR budgets, forecasts, and cost modeling to support business decisions.

Ensure HR data accuracy, compliance, governance, and audit readiness across systems and reports.

Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Compensation Data & Support

Maintain and analyze compensation data (base pay, incentives, bonuses).

Assist in annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus) including data validation, audits and issue resolution.

Conduct pay equity analyses and recommend corrective actions.

Provide scenario modeling for hiring plans, cost impact, and workforce mix optimization.

Prepare and maintain compensation data for offers, promotions, and internal movements.

Track and analyze compensation KPIs such as compa-ratio, range penetration, promotion increases, conduct pay equity analyses (role, gender, level, tenure) and offer variances.

Manage budget and work with finance teams to appropriately forecast cost on total rewards, training etc. Highlight insights on budget to meet adherence to profit plan

Managing EAP approval process

Workforce Analytics

Prepare recurring workforce reports (headcount, attrition, hiring, demographics).

Maintain workforce dashboards and standardized reporting covering headcount, attrition, hiring, internal mobility, tenure, and demographics.

Assist with basic workforce trend analysis and data summaries.

Respond to routine data requests from HRBPs and business teams.

Data Management

Ensure data accuracy across HR systems (HRIS, ATS, comp files).

Maintain documentation for reports, metrics, and data sources.

Support audit and compliance data requests.

Stakeholder Partnership & Communication

Partner with HRBPs ,HRS to understand data needs and translate into actionable recommendations.

Present insights through clear dashboards, summaries, and executive-ready narratives.

Respond to compensation- and workforce-related data queries with accuracy and discretion."

Qualifications:

MBA

2-4 Years

Skills:

Proficient in microsoft excel

Knowledge of Power BI is a adavntage

ATS and HR systems proficiency (data accuracy, tracking, reporting)

Excellent program planning and exceution skills"

Maintains strict confidentiality and safeguards sensitive information, exercising sound judgment and professionalism in all interactions and decision-making

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Excellent attention to detailsplanning, and time‑management abilities

Problem‑solving and process‑improvement orientation

Adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
