As an Counter Associate based in Montreal, QC, under the responsibility of the Branch Manager, you will provide product knowledge, confirm inventory availability, and maintain the showroom and counter surroundings.

How You Will Thrive With Us

• You will support sales, directly serving customers through counter sales, confirming inventory availability, and processing orders and inquiries.
• You will establish and maintain business relationships and identify needs and opportunities for a given clientele.
• You will act as a liaison to resolve issues and maintain a high level of service and satisfaction.
• You will conduct product-related research.
• You will follow up on quote requests and deliveries.
• You will advise customers and suggest complementary or alternative products to their requests.
• You will prepare quotes on projects or specifications and finalize sales files while ensuring deadlines are met.
• You will maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• You will be a brand ambassador by developing brand recognition while enhancing the customer experience. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected.

Qualifications

• You have completed your secondary education (or equivalent).
• You have at least one year of relevant experience.
• You are committed to maintaining a positive work environment at all times and meeting deadlines.
• You possess good planning and organizational skills.
• You have negotiation skills, dynamism, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is preferred.
• Initiative/autonomy.
• Ability to make effective decisions (judgment, analysis, synthesis…).
• Strong interest in customer service.
• Team spirit, motivation, and a desire to contribute to the company's success.
