JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Bengaluru, invites applications from accomplished academicians for an academic opportunity at the Associate Professor / Professor level in the Department of Psychology.
We are looking for an experienced academician with a strong profile in Psychology, teaching, research, mentoring and institutional development.
Key Responsibilities
• Academic and strategic development of the Department
• Strengthening teaching, research and publications
• Faculty mentoring and development
• Curriculum development and academic innovation
• Research guidance and doctoral supervision
• Academic collaborations and institutional initiatives
• Supporting quality, accreditation and academic excellence
Eligibility
• Ph.D. in Psychology or a relevant/allied discipline
• Master's degree in Psychology or relevant/allied discipline
• 10–15 years of relevant academic experience in teaching and/or research, with experience appropriate to the Associate Professor / Professor level
• Qualifications and experience as per prevailing UGC regulations and University norms
• Strong academic and research profile with quality publications
• Experience in academic administration, faculty mentoring, curriculum development and research guidance will be preferred
