Our Team, Your Impact This role ensures the quality and compliance of products marketed by Teva in Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, and Mexico, ensuring adherence to corporate and local regulatory standards and applicable GxP requirements.

Ensures the effectiveness of Quality Systems, including deviation management, CAPAs, change controls, complaints, audits, validations, and other regulatory and corporate compliance processes

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Ensure the implementation and maintenance of quality procedures, systems, and controls that guarantee product integrity throughout the entire supply chain, including distribution, storage, analysis, and release for sale.
• Ensure the conduct of internal, corporate, and supplier audits, as well as the monitoring and implementation of the respective action plans
• Ensure that quality processes and operations comply with local, corporate, and international regulatory requirements in all countries under your responsibility
• Lead the approval and maintenance of technical documentation, procedures, policies, technical quality agreements, and other regulated documents, ensuring alignment with local laws and global requirements.
• Manage, develop, and train the Quality Assurance team, promoting high performance, operational excellence, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory standards
• Ensure the release of products to the market and the monitoring of their lifecycle, including investigations, market complaints, pharmacovigilance, recalls, and quality risk management
• Promote and strengthen the culture of quality at Teva’s sites, ensuring awareness, engagement, and accountability across all areas regarding quality and compliance standards
• Serve as the Technical Responsible Person before regulatory authorities in the countries under your responsibility, representing the company during inspections, audits, technical forums, professional associations, and crisis committees
• Ensure the proper management, monitoring, and escalation of deviations, risks, and critical quality issues, ensuring timely decision-making and the maintenance of business-critical quality systems.
• Ensure compliance of operations related to storage, transportation, distribution, reverse logistics, laboratory activities, and other activities related to the supply chain and product quality.
• Serve as the primary governance point for quality issues in the region, ensuring risk mitigation, process sustainability, and the protection of patients, the company, and its reputation.
• Manage suppliers, partners, and service providers critical to quality, including qualification processes, performance evaluations, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement, ensuring traceability, data integrity, risk management, and adherence to applicable best practices
• Lead the governance of key performance indicators, Quality Councils, executive reports, and the escalation of critical events to local, regional, and global leadership.
• Develop and manage the Quality team, including succession planning, staffing, talent development, and budget management for the department.
• Play a strategic role in evaluating new products, investments, organizational changes, and business risks, ensuring that quality and compliance requirements are incorporated in the countries under your responsibility

Your Skills And Experience Active Pharmacist License (CRF)

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing and Storage Practices

Knowledge of RDC No. 17/2010

Experience in Analytical tests (QC) and in laboratories

Experience in supplier audits

Experience in corporate audits

Experience with market complaints, deviation management, and CAPAs.

Experience in people management based on goal setting and performance evaluations.

Experience in resolving quality-related issues.

Experience with product recalls

Experience on a quality crisis management

Experience monitoring quality indicators.

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy

Advanced English

Advanced Spanish

Native Portuguese
