Core Responsibilities
Execute regional audits to ensure compliance with operational processes, collaborating with various areas to coordinate improvements and procedure revisions. Conduct investigations related to errors or breaches of processes and procedures, thefts, and fraud. Perform critical analysis of images via CCTV, focusing on identifying suspicious behaviors, procedural failures, or security incidents. Monitor the performance and compliance of the physical security service provider's standards. Develop and deliver periodic training for partner teams to promote engagement with Loss Prevention policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Knowledge of operational logistics routines. Familiarity with Google Docs. SQL, Looker Studio, and BI tools will be considered a differential. Must have a personal vehicle and availability to work on-site in Sumaré from Tuesday to Saturday from 5:30 AM to 3:18 PM.
