Requirements
- Current and active RN or LPN license in Iowa
- Genuine passion for caring for others
- Strong communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
- Commitment to treating every resident with respect, compassion, and dignity
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, and TB test
