Duties

• Cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, showers, and kitchens using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
• Conduct window cleaning and floor care to maintain a bright, polished environment
• Handle laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing resident linens and clothing
• Use janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to proper chemical handling procedures
• Maintain sanitation standards through regular disinfection of high-touch surfaces and infection control protocols
• Assist with custodial responsibilities such as waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring overall cleanliness of the facility

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial or custodial cleaning environments with knowledge of janitorial best practices
• Skilled in window cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and general housekeeping tasks
• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely while using personal protective equipment (PPE) effectively
• Physical strength for heavy lifting and manual handling of cleaning supplies or furniture when necessary
• Strong customer service skills to interact positively with residents and staff
• Familiarity with infection control procedures to maintain a safe environment for vulnerable populations
• Experience operating various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, pressure washers, and floor polishers

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
