Assistant Wedding Coordinator

About This Role

An Assistant Wedding Coordinator supports Event Coordinators in preparing and implementing events, primarily on weekends. This role suits a professional who can anticipate project needs, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision, while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between vendors, guests, family, bridal party, and Mill Top staff to ensure a smooth event
• Oversee the flow and execution of the timeline
• Help coordinators with getting the bridal party down the aisle
• Set up an event, which may include linens, decorations, and napkin folding
• Flip the room from ceremony to reception
• Tear down and clear the space after an event
