Salary: up $13,000 basic
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Retention
- Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, leveraging data, analytics, and technology to attract and secure the right talent to drive organisational success.
- Develop innovative retention strategies and programs that engage, motivate, and retain high-performing employees.
- Strengthen the organisation’s employer brand and position it as an employer of choice.
Talent Management & Leadership Development
- Drive succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential talent programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Champion internal mobility and career development initiatives that enhance organisational capability and employee growth.
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and purpose-driven culture through employee engagement strategies and initiatives, transparent communication, and programs that foster trust, belonging, and organisational pride.
- Monitor key metrics and implement action plans to continuously enhance the employee experience.
HR Governance & Compliance
- Establish and uphold robust HR governance frameworks, policies, and code of conduct.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Promote ethical practices, accountability, risk management, and operational excellence across HR functions.
Strategic Leadership, Capability Development & Continuous Improvement
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching and performance management, while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration in alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with long-term organisational objectives.
Financial Stewardship
- Provide strategic leadership in managing HR budgets and resources, ensuring cost efficiency and maximising ROI in workforce initiatives while aligning with organisational priorities.
Requirements:
- Training in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition & retention, talent management & leadership development, culture & employee engagement, and HR governance & compliance.
- Demonstrated the ability to lead, influence business leaders, and drive enterprise-wide change.
- Deep understanding of employment legislation, governance frameworks and HR best practices.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and resource allocation.
