Lead and mentor a diverse team of data warehouse specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Architect and implement a robust data warehouse design, aligning with business needs and strategic objectives.

Manage and optimize data operations, including ingestion, transformation, and loading, to ensure efficient data services.

Collaborate with business units and IT teams to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for platform enhancements and upgrades.

Ensure the security and governance of the data warehouse, implementing best practices and compliance measures to protect sensitive data.

Lead the patching and maintenance of the data platform, maintaining high availability, performance, and reliability.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Create and deliver insightful reports and presentations to senior leadership, providing regular updates on data warehouse performance and key metrics.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in data warehousing, with a proven track record of leading complex data platforms and initiatives.

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Cloudera, Kafka, Azure Cosmos DB, and other relevant technologies, such as Data Bricks and NoSQL platforms.

Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and motivate a team of data warehouse specialists.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, fostering effective relationships and cross-functional partnerships.

A results-driven mindset, backed by a history of successful data warehousing projects and a deep understanding of industry best practices.

Experience in data security and governance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and implementing robust security measures.
