We Are Looking For

 Skye Air Mobility is looking for a Head of Finance who has exposure to working with startups and midlevel companies preferably from logistics company and can handle end-to-end finance activities independently or as part of a team.

 The role will be part of the core team and will actively engage with the Founder on day-to-day financial decisions and planning. Primary Functions

 Accounting, P&L, MIS, Taxation, Investor Relations, Compliance & Audit, business strategy and Financial Reporting.

 Hands-on understanding of finance, accounts, financial planning, Legal, Taxation and Compliance.

 Annual planning, budget planning and demand forecasting, with strong analytical ability and team leadership capability.

 Lead and coordinate a country-wide team.

 Be part of the core team of Skye Air.

 Actively engage with the Founder on day-to-day financial decisions and planning.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Manage the overall Finance & Accounts activities.

 Manage direct and indirect taxation and ensure compliance with relevant laws and timely return filing.

 Manage end-to-end external audit (Big 4/others) and internal audit.

 Be part of Board Meetings and work along with Legal / CS.

 Embed month-end reporting, processes and controls.

 Manage the company's budgeting process and publish analysis.

 Coordinate strategy with investors, prepare plans and manage reporting.

 Be hands-on with ERP processes, including Tally and other relevant systems.

 Participate as a member of the management team to ensure sound, data-driven decisions.

 Business partnering – work closely with company leaders to develop financial forecasts and operational goals, applying business judgment and financial insights to support decision-making.

 Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, MIS, budgets and returns filing.

 Oversee A/R, A/P, Accounting, FP&A, Tax and Procurement/Payroll-related finance activities.

Desired Profile

 MBA (Finance), B.Com, M.Com, CA, Inter CA or other relevant financial degree.

 8+ years of proven work experience in similar roles.

 Demonstrated ability to deliver across Finance & Accounts.

 Flexible on work timing and shifts and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and other data analytics tools. Join Us If You
