Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new shipbuilding projects.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to meet industry standards.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and equipment.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field).
- Proven experience in technical engineering, preferably in the Ports & Shipping - Shipbuilding industry.
- Strong knowledge of technical engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
