This leadership position is for an Assistant Store Manager at CosmoProf, a beauty supplier, where you will manage talent and inspire your team to provide an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities
- Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience
- Ensure each customer receives an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs
- Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store operations
- Maintain assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory
- Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring all staff follows safety and security rules, procedures, and Company policies
- Make sure your store always looks its best
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
- 1 year of previous sales management experience
- Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management
- Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Passion for all things hair and beauty

Important Details
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
