About This Role
This role supports the Store Manager in building and leading a diverse and energetic team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and fostering lasting connections within the community. You will also assist with behind-the-scenes operations, including visual merchandising and inventory loss prevention, contributing to the continuous success of Foot Locker.
Responsibilities

- Help implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance standards and commercial effectiveness
- Collaborate with the team to implement new store initiatives
- Support the Store Manager in controlling inventory losses, wages, and controllable costs
- Organize the stockroom, including daily replenishment, inventory control, and shipments
- Ensure a safe environment for the team and customers
- Exceed expectations in managing returns and checkout processes
- Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and motivating a diverse team
- Substitute for the Store Manager when necessary
Requirements
- Supervisory experience in a retail environment
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good analytical skills and business acumen
- Good knowledge of Italian and English
- A passion for fashion and sneakers
- Energetic, dynamic, and ready to lead a team
- Ready to take on more responsibility
- Hands-on and comfortable taking initiative and responsibility
- A team player who contributes to creating an inclusive environment
- A decisive problem solver
- Service and customer-oriented
- Ability to stand for most of the shift, as well as kneel, bend, use and climb stairs, reach, pull, and lift weights between 2 and 14 kilograms
- Required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Occasional travel will be necessary
- The noise level in the store will generally be low
