Key Responsibilities
- Support, coach, and motivate the team to achieve and exceed store targets.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring, and training.
- Assist with day-to-day retail operations, including stock management, store procedures, staff rostering, and sales performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge.

- Proven success in a retail leadership role within a KPI-driven environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Previous supervisory or management experience, ideally within retail.
