About This Role
This assistant role supports the domestic and international promotion of TV anime, theatrical anime, and voice actor artists handled by Pony Canyon. It involves a variety of tasks from administrative duties to creative content creation and on-site event support, suitable for someone interested in anime and entertainment content.
Responsibilities
- Input data into the in-house system using a computer
- Perform simple image and video editing tasks
- Assist with interviews, events, and live performances for works and artists
- Send emails, including simple English correspondence
- Ship product samples
- Create drafts for SNS posts (Japanese and English)
- Create images for TV anime official accounts
- Create clipped videos from anime main features and manage official account posts, including vertical editing and adding captions (simple English captions for overseas promotion)
- Assist with posting on official work accounts, starting with template posts and progressing to creating text, responding to other accounts' RP, and scheduling posts
- Post self-created images and videos and monitor fan reactions
- Select winning accounts and send prizes for RP campaigns
- Assist with live TV anime broadcasts, preview screenings, and interviews
- Create slides for live broadcasts, prepare waiting rooms, attend to cast members, and take photos for SNS
- Assist with weekly dance lessons (preparing lesson venues)
- Manage costumes for live performances
- Prepare for autograph sessions and hand-over events
- Provide event day support for artist management
- Accompany artists to interviews, radio recordings, and in-store greetings
- Take and post SNS photos at live performances and events
- Create short videos using post-live footage
- Prepare scripts and create slides for live broadcasts
Requirements
- No prior experience required
- Experience with editing software is a strength, but training will be provided by senior staff for inexperienced candidates
- Experience posting on personal X, Instagram, or TikTok accounts is a strength
- Many industry newcomers or those working part-time immediately after graduation are welcome
- Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Nice to have:
- Office software skills
- TOEIC score of 600 or higher, Eiken Grade 2 or higher
- Image editing software such as Photoshop, Canva
- Video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Capcut
- Experience uploading to various SNS (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
