Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is responsible for assisting in all operational processes as well as developing new business. The Assistant Route Manager will be expected to analyze information and set goals to improve business revenue.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring revenue performance
  • Completing route documentation
  • Submitting Cash Order requests
  • Managing route team
  • Submit Payroll for all Route employees
  • Coordinating repairs
  • Responsible for serviceability of all company vehicles and equipment
  • Coordinating techs to be present for appointments with IGB
  • This position will supervise a route team of 3-10 team members depending upon route location and size

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Supervisor /Manager of a service oriented/dispatch type operation
  • Experience in coin-op amusement and/or video gaming terminal experience
  • Sales experience that includes developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Capable of communicating sales / marketing strategies to staff and customers
  • Basic human resource management functions
  • Team leadership and development
  • Organizational skills (personnel and office)
