Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.

- Responsible for supervising the Food & Beverage Outlet designated to this role and the overall daily management of a designated shift. Supports, administers, and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives
- Creates effective and efficient schedules, while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives, and achieving guest satisfaction
- Responsible for assisting in the budget process for the department and providing recommendations; ensures compliance to departmental budget initiatives; reports budget concerns to manager
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise. Responsible for the overall achievement of department customer service goals
- Assists in the maintenance and development of procedures for food service and inspects menu items for maximum customer satisfaction

- Associate degree (A.A) in related field; two (2) years of Food & Beverage experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum two (2) years of previous supervisory experience required.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues
- Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs dictate
