Job Descriptions
- Develop and establish relevant business channels and client relationships, build and maintain relationships with existing and potential LPs (Limited Partners) such as institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals, and coordinate major activities related to investor relations
- Develop and maintain government and public relations, oversee brand building, media promotion, and the selection, development, and maintenance of media channels while maintaining good communication and interaction with partners
- Maintain connections with external parties involved in investment projects, including equity research analysts, investors, legal advisors, and other external vendors
- Research and monitor market and industry developments, prepare and draft investor relations materials such as company presentations and financial report analyses
- Manage company information disclosure, including website management, official emails, posters, brochures, and fundraising materials, including writing and editing
Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services
- Knowledge of the Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area markets (experience and a strong network in GBA will be a definite advantage), with a good understanding of GBA social media platforms and distribution channels
- Proven ability to independently develop markets, establish strong institutional investor channels, build a broad client base, and cultivate extensive industry networks
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (mandarin proficiency will be a definite advantage), with fluency in presentation and strong skills in creating PowerPoint, Excel, and Word documents
- Strong results-oriented mindset and stress tolerance, capable of working independently, managing time effectively, and willing to travel; outgoing personality
- Strong writing skills, with excellent analytical, communication, coordination, and continuous learning abilities
