The Project This is a commercial project in Mumbai.
Works with the Office Manager to ensure smooth and efficient running of the office, whilst carrying out a range of administrative tasks for the project team/s.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Deliver commercial management of subcontract packages, ensuring value and compliance across all activities.
- Contribute to the procurement of subcontract packages and materials, supporting robust supply chain outcomes.
- Support the commercial team by administering client and subcontract changes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyse and report on risks and opportunities, contributing to mitigation strategies that protect project margins.
- Collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary team, building strong relationships and driving coordinated delivery.
- Embed sustainability and net zero carbon objectives into project delivery, proactively managing associated emissions and reductions.
You’ll Need To Have
- Bachelor's degree in civil.
- Experience of projects of a similar nature.
