- Planning of manpower, capacity enhancement, material control, Production plan.
- Develop production schedule and oversee the production is done within the time specified.
- Coordinate with stores for material issue controls, planning of import purchase, and lead time management.
- Corrective actions to the complaints and Non conformities related to products / process.
- Responsible for Quantity control, process improvements and deficiency control
- Implement management systems, policies and procedures for continual improvement of the organization
- Monitoring manpower, identify the training requirements
- Maintenance of the machineries and Equipment’s.
- Managing and removing scraps and non-conforming products from the production area
- Insist on better housekeeping through clean surroundings and better waste management systems
