The Assistant Principal is a key leader responsible for maintaining a high-performing, student-centered learning environment at BELIEVE Circle City (BCC), an early college and career-focused high school. This role supports instructional excellence, school culture, student achievement, and operational effectiveness, collaborating closely with the Principal and leadership team to execute school-wide initiatives. The Assistant Principal leads academic instruction, student support, and staff development while fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
