About the role
We are looking for a tech-savvy Assistant Manager Presales (ERP) who can independently engage with prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and demonstrate how our ERP solution can address their operational challenges.
The role requires close collaboration with the Sales and Product teams to support the complete presales cycle and help prospective clients understand how our ERP solution can address their business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and customized ERP product demonstrations for prospective clients.
Understand, analyze, and document client requirements and business challenges.
Map customer requirements to relevant ERP product capabilities and solutions.
Work closely with the Sales team to support them during client meetings and the presales cycle.
Deliver effective product presentations and explain solution capabilities to clients and key stakeholders.
Coordinate with the Product and Technical teams for specific customer requirements, queries, and solution discussions.
Support proof of concept, requirement discussions, and product evaluations wherever required.
Gather market and customer feedback to help improve product positioning and solution offerings.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and consultative engagement.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Candidate should be tech-savvy with a good understanding of SaaS/Software solutions.
Should have prior experience of min 4 years in the SaaS/Software industry, preferably in a Presales role.
Should be capable of independently conducting ERP product demos for clients.
Should have good communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Experience in Transportation/Logistics ERP or TMS would be an added advantage.
