Job Description / Responsibility
Job Responsibilities
- Operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment such as Dispensing Isolator, Compression Machine, FBD, RMG, Coating Machine, Encapsulation Machine, and other assigned equipment as per approved SOPs.
- Strictly follow cGMP, SOPs, Good Housekeeping, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements in the assigned work area.
- Perform operations for closed-containment dispensing, material transfer, collection, and handling through the dispensing isolator, as applicable.
- Perform required in-process checks during manufacturing and accurately document the results in the applicable records.
- Monitor equipment operation and parameters, identify operational abnormalities, and report or assist in troubleshooting as applicable.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor`s degree in any Science-related discipline from a UGC-recognized university.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in a regulated pharmaceutical GMP cleanroom environment.
- Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Ability to operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
