• To have mastered the requirements for a Sales Counselor and possess the skill, confidence and leadership necessary to take full responsibility for the position.
• To embrace being judged on the performance of your weekends & overall club performance (not just your personal production).
• To set high standards by your performance and your conduct, and to inspire everyone on your team to follow your example.
• To see that sales staff are properly trained and given a fair chance to succeed, and then hold them accountable for achieving the required expectations.
• To take a genuine interest in what motivates each of your sales team and members. To help your sales team and members achieve their objectives.
• To develop and promote future leaders.

Pay: $18.50 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 48.0 per week
