Responsibilities
- Support the Membership Director in developing and executing strategies to increase membership enrollment and retention.
- Supervise and mentor team members in customer support roles, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all touchpoints.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the membership department, including overseeing call center activities and client communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and data analytics to implement projects that enhance member engagement.
Skills
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse member populations.
- Proven leadership experience with a strong background in supervising teams within customer service or support environments.
- Extensive management experience in customer service management or call center operations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to engage members clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments (cross-functional collaboration) to achieve organizational goals.
- Skilled in negotiation, client communication, coaching, and managing client relationships effectively.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
