Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field required.
- Experience recruiting, hiring, training & developing employees.
- Experience in growing sales & providing excellent customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both fronts of the house & back of the house.
- Must have a proven track record of managing the cost of goods & labor.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Effective verbal & written communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor sales growth & cost control of the cafe against the budgeted expectation & historical performance, to ensure that profit goals are met.
- Maintains & exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty.
- Presents a consistent, professional image of the cafe & crew by maintaining all sanitation & appearance standards.
- Communicates & stays updated on all marketing & promotional materials.
- Executes marketing & sales programs, following appropriate guidelines.
- Builds cafe sales by cultivating relationships in the business community & initiating local store marketing campaigns
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Most shifts are between six to eight hours, but this may vary.
- Lead Crew Members by demonstrating Tropical Smoothie Cafes core values in all interactions.
- Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Cafe uniform and personal hygiene polices for each shift.
- Fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment with no fryers!
