About the role

UNIQLO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is looking for a person who would like to explore challenging yourself to create new design innovations to deliver the most enjoyable and convenient purchasing experience possible. This time, we are looking for members who can work together with us to create the world's best stores. This member will learn the principles of Fast Retailing's customer-first store design and the dynamism and meticulousness of store development by taking charge of the entire project. In the future, you will be able to take charge of flagship stores.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management of store projects including large-scale and special concept stores, from concept developing through construction management until store opening.
  • Develop the UNIQLO store design and layout with good initiatives, considering the global guidelines, good operational efficiency and best customer experience.
  • Develop comprehensive construction project management with UNIQLO’s standard quality, oversee budget and cost management and provide manageable construction schedule according to the business requirements.
  • Negotiate and manage general contractors and vendors to deliver their work as commitment.
  • Coordinate and communicate closely with related cross functional teams including store operation team to ensure details of store design, layout and construction plan are well-considered and aligned together.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Facility Design, Interior Design or related fields.
  • Over 3-5 years working experience in the retail store design development and construction drawings, supervising the construction project.
  • Have good knowledge at building structure, facilities and construction, including necessary local building regulation.
  • Experience working in international company is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Able to resolve critical issues after operational hours.
  • Proficient using Revit (BIM), design CAD (Auto CAD) and Adobe software.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Availability for travel to upcountry and other countries when required.

Working Hour:

  • Monday to Friday from 08:00-17:00
    (Able to work overtime or in holiday due to business need).
