We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager who is ready to grow with us and help create memorable experiences for every guest.
What You’ll Do
- To be a supportive Cafe Manager by leading and supervising Shift Leaders and Crew Members to ensure smooth, efficient café operations.
- Deliver “Unparalleled Hospitality” by exceeding guest expectations and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere with your “Tropitude.”
- Train, coach, and develop team members on café procedures, brand standards, and high-quality product preparation.
- Help manage labor, control food and paper costs, and maintain accurate inventory using established tools and guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and perform other duties as needed to maintain a positive, team-focused work culture.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old with open availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed).
- At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred (restaurant or retail experience a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for customer service and teamwork.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
