Assistant Manager - Markets - BMC Enablement

About This Role

An Assistant Manager in the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) function is responsible for executing and managing 360-degree marketing communications campaigns, primarily focusing on PR and external communications for Technology Consulting and AI themes. This role involves close collaboration with business teams and the wider BMC team to implement marketing and communications strategies that align with EY India's priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage 360-degree marketing communications campaigns, primarily PR and external communications for various channels, and events support for Technology Consulting and the broader theme of AI
• Work closely with the Consulting business teams and the wider BMC team for executing the Marketing and Communications Strategy which supports the overall priorities for EY India's Technology Consulting and the sectors assigned to the individual
• Engage proactively with both traditional and new age media to favourably position the brand, relevant solutions, sectors, and subject matter leaders
• Liaise with internal stakeholders/leadership to create and promote external announcements of business wins/thought leadership reports with relevant target audience through effective PR promotions
• Execute priority marketing initiatives, building a favourable position for the brands AI and Technology Consulting offerings
• Ideate and promote PoV via reports/articles, write marketing collateral, manage events and webcasts, and conduct employee branding initiatives, all while adhering to EY brand guidelines and processes
• Liaise with global marketing teams to track global campaigns and adapt them to be leveraged in India
• Facilitate internal reportage and various firm processes
• Develop and implement a digital and social media strategy aimed towards enhancing the visibility of leadership and solutions, in discussion with the EY social media team
• Ideate, maintain, curate content, and innovatively market thought leadership, webpages, and social media platforms
• Develop internal communication, leadership messages, etc., to raise solution or program awareness within employee groups
• Demonstrate experience in media relations, especially for a reputed PR agency, and engage journalists without external agency support
• Understand new age, traditional media, and social media modus operandi
• Develop trusted business relationships with senior leadership
• Demonstrate strong project management skills and proficiency in content creation and copywriting
• Work collaboratively and effectively with peer functions and stakeholders to deliver on Technology Consulting and the assigned sectors' strategic priorities
• Think creatively for innovative marketing solutions
