Conduct end-to-end secondary research on the U.S. healthcare market – payers, providers, PBMs, and healthcare services landscape
ii. Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor movements; convert findings into actionable insights for the BU
iii. Build and maintain account intelligence – company profiles, financials, org structures, tech stack, and buying centers for target and existing accounts
iv. Support pursuit teams with research inputs for RFPx responses, client workshops, and pre-sales collateral
v. Develop market sizing, TAM assessments, and opportunity landscape views to support business planning
vi. Prepare research decks, battlecards, newsletters, and periodic market digests for leadership consumption
vii. Maintain research repositories and databases; ensure accuracy, version control, and timely refresh of information
viii. Coordinate with sales, solutions, and delivery teams to align research output with growth priorities
ix. Assist in ad-hoc analysis requests from BU and SGU leadership within defined turnaround timelines

. Preferable to have U.S. Healthcare knowledge
ii. Strong secondary research skills and familiarity with sources such as Gartner, Everest, HFS, Forrester, industry filings and analyst reports
iii. Analytical thinking and ability to synthesize large volumes of information into crisp, decision-ready outputs
iv. Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present findings clearly
v. Attention to detail and data accuracy
vi. Organizational skills, ownership, and time management across parallel requests
vii. Technical skills – Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, PPT, Excel); working knowledge of Excel-based analysis is a plus
viii. Curiosity and willingness to learn in an ever-evolving U.S. healthcare landscape
