About This Role

Achieving and exceeding business goals for personal loans is the core of this Assistant Manager role with Bajaj Finance Ltd. This position involves identifying and managing referral networks, monitoring sales executive performance, and ensuring the health of the loan portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed business goals and targets for Personal Loans
• Identify referral networks and brokers and generate business from them
• Assign responsibilities to sales executives and monitor their performance
• Identify good areas to operate and customer profiles
• Effectively engage Operations and Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes and profitability across locations
• Manage and groom the team to achieve their respective targets
• Manage the delinquency of the business sourced to ensure the health of the portfolio
• Manage distribution through direct channels, referrals, and their concerns in an appropriate manner

Requirements

• Minimum graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience in Branch Sales
• Prior experience in the Banking and NBFC industry (Asset or Liabilities)
• Prior experience in refinance and gold loans
• Experience handling multiple product sales
• Team Management and Relationship Management Skills
• Willingness to travel extensively to rural locations

Nice to have:

• Experience in NBFC or Micro finance
