Through experienced leadership, proven operational processes, and advanced technology, LINC delivers warehousing, transportation, inventory management, sequencing, and value-added logistics services for some of the world's largest manufacturers.

This position is based in Lake Orion, Michigan , supporting General Motors operations . The facility provides warehouse services including pick and pack, sequencing, inventory management, and material flow support for critical production operations.

Shifts Available

2nd shift: Monday - Friday / 2:00pm - 11:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, sequencing, pick and pack, and material flow activities.
  • Support staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning to ensure customer and operational requirements are met.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and safety performance metrics.
  • Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and hourly team members to drive operational excellence.
  • Partner with General Motors representatives to maintain service levels and support production needs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations, preferably in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and team development skills with the ability to analyze operational data and drive business results.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience supporting automotive operations, including knowledge of sequencing, JIT, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and working with OEM customers such as General Motors, with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
