About This Role

Supporting the team and overseeing daily operations are the core functions of this Assistant Manager role within a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities

• Assist in taking ownership of the restaurant, helping to drive performance, hit goals, and maintain the team's energy
• Help build a strong team by training, coaching, and motivating staff to exceed standards
• Own KPIs, support the team, and ensure every shift delivers expected results
• Keep operations running smoothly by managing administrative tasks, from rosters to stock
• Assist in creating special moments for guests to encourage repeat visits

Requirements

• Experience in helping to manage teams and bringing out the best in others
• Ability to build strong teams, handle difficult conversations, and ensure everyone feels valued
• Capability to help ensure smooth, efficient, clean, and compliant operations, even during busy periods
