Jimmy John's is all about fresh, fast, tasty sandwiches. We hand-slice fresh meats and veggies daily, and we bake our homemade bread all day, every day, so it's always served fresh. We greet our customers genuinely when they come in the door, and then we make them one of the fast, flawless sandwiches that Jimmy John's is famous for!
Everything we do goes back to serving our customers. That means fast service, high-quality products, and a consistent customer experience to keep 'em coming back. And none of it would be possible without the rockstar teams in the stores making it happen every day!
As the Assistant Manager, you would be responsible for:
- Ensuring customer service and high quality products are delivered when the General Manager is not on duty (or, y'know, all the time)
- Successful execution of fast, accurate sandwiches and world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift
- Training, developing, and leading your team by example
Requirements:
At this time, this position is open only to applicants with some form of previous Jimmy John's experience.
Locations applied to are not necessarily the location a candidate will train or ultimately be placed at. The official manager title and role will be decided following successful completion of training and subsequently the availability of a suitable position that fits within the agreed geographic area.
