Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the retail store
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
• Train and supervise sales associates to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
• Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Assist in creating and managing the store's budget
• Collaborate with the store manager to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for sales associates

Experience:

• Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a similar retail management role
• Strong mathematical skills for budgeting and financial analysis
• Proven track record in sales management and achieving sales targets
• Ability to negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms
• Experience in recruiting, training, and developing a team of employees
• Multilingual skills are a plus, especially in a diverse retail environment
• Knowledge of wireless sales industry trends and best practices
