About the role
As the Assistant Membership Sales Manager, you’ll be a key player in our salesforce, leading by example to achieve and surpass personal and team sales goals. Your ability to inspire and guide your team, will directly impact your commission potential and contribute to the overall success of our fitness community.
Duties
- Assist in managing daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and train staff, including employee orientation and ongoing development.
- develop and execute strategic membership sales plans with a focus on exceeding personal and team goals.
- lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and surpass targets.
- Engage in recruiting efforts, including interviewing potential candidates and onboarding new hires.
- provide exceptional customer service to cultivate positive member relationships.
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Collaborate with sales manager to implement effective external marketing strategies.
- Foster a collaborative team environment through effective communication and leadership practices.
- conduct sales training sessions, focusing on strategies to drive individual and team commissions
Qualifications
- Sales experience, especially in a commission driven environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others positively.
- Leadership or supervising experience as a plus
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Motivational leadership style with a focus on achieving and surpassing, personal and team fails goals.
- Knowledge and passion for health and fitness
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $9.50 - $11.00 per hour
