<Duties>
- Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts
- Supervise and motivate staff, including training new team members and conducting ongoing development sessions
- Oversee food preparation and food handling to uphold quality standards and safety regulations
- Operate POS system for accurate cash handling and sales processing
- Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Support shift management by coordinating schedules, supervising staff performance, and resolving customer concerns promptly
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Participate in interviewing and hiring processes to build a strong, capable team
<Skills>
- Proven experience in management or assistant manager roles within quick service, casual dining, or fine dining environments
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and food safety practices
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing
- Excellent supervisory skills with experience in staff training & development and team management
- Skilled in shift management, kitchen operations, and food production processes
- Knowledge of catering, banquet service, bar operations, or hotel experience is a plus
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment
- Strong communication skills for interviewing candidates and managing team dynamics
- Commitment to food safety standards and food industry regulations
