Assistant Manager

About This Role

Being an Assistant Manager means taking charge of a Domino's Pizza store during your shift, ensuring smooth operations from customer service to inventory. This position is ideal for a natural leader with strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers
• Manage a staff of 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift
• Be responsible for all store operations
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile, including over the phone
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers
• Make fast, accurate, and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from the customer-facing areas to the back of the store
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards

Requirements

• Experience leading a team, managing 3 to 30 people during a shift
• Stellar attitude and motivational skills to guide the team effectively and create a great workplace
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Be a great role model for the team
