About This Role
An Assistant Manager helps run a single store, assisting with hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role is for an experienced leader who wants to make their store a success.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
- Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs
- Serve Safe certified in Food Safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand up to four hours
- Ability to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations
