Responsibilities
- The Assistant HR Manager (Talent Acquisition) partners with Business Units on workforce planning, manages end-to-end recruitment, and provides HR advisory support. The role also drives recruitment process improvement, compliance, and team development to ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Support HR Manager in managing HR Business Partners and HR advisory matters.
- Partner with business units on manpower planning and recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Drive employer branding, recruitment efficiency and HR metrics.
- Oversee HR operations, work passes, onboarding, benefits, engagement and employee relations.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs and coach HR team members.
Requirement
- Degree in HR, Business or related preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition, recruitment operations & process
- End-to-end recruitment experience, from sourcing to onboarding and reporting.
- Relevant experience in the Construction industry is an advantage
