Joining the team at Stepz Fitness Riverstone as an Assistant Gym Manager offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new, premium 24/7 fitness facility. This role is ideal for someone who loves fitness, thrives on connecting with people, and has the drive to help grow a successful fitness club.
Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales, lead conversion, and retention to support club growth.
- Build strong relationships with members and deliver an exceptional member experience.
- Lead engaging functional group training sessions where qualified.
- Assist with daily club operations, administration, and maintaining presentation standards.
- Build local community relationships and support marketing initiatives to grow our club's presence.
- Create engaging social media content and promote our club.
- Contribute to a positive, welcoming, and energetic club culture.
Requirements
- A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in fitness, sales, customer service, or gym operations.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- A genuine passion for fitness and helping people achieve their goals.
- Certificate III or IV in Fitness highly regarded.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including some evenings and Saturdays.
