Would you like to join the Happiness Industry? We are looking for an Assistant F&B Manager to join the opening team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands).
What will you be responsible for?
- Supporting the F&B Manager in the opening and setup of the department.
- Supervising daily operations in restaurant, bar, and banqueting.
- Assisting with recruitment, training, scheduling, and team development.
- Monitoring inventory, purchasing, and cost‑control processes.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving service issues.
- Coordinating with the kitchen and events teams.
- Contributing to upselling initiatives and service improvements.
What are we looking for?
- Experience as Assistant F&B Manager, Head Waiter, or similar role.
- Experience in hotel openings is highly valued.
- Fluency in English and Dutch (mandatory).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Customer‑oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
