About This Role

This role is for a talented and creative Fashion Graphic Designer who is passionate about fashion, arts, culture, and emerging AI generation technologies. The ideal candidate brings a positive mindset, enjoys exploring fresh ideas and new technologies with an open mind, and can think outside the box while understanding market trends, customer needs, and the latest technology developments.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of apparel collections from trend research through product execution
• Conduct fashion trend, color, fabric, trim, and market research to identify relevant product opportunities
• Assist in translating design concepts into comprehensive Tech Packs complete with technical sketches, garment specifications, trims and construction details and communication with production teams
• Develop mood boards, color palettes, and presentation materials to communicate seasonal design directions
• Collaborate closely with merchandising, product development, vendors, and factories throughout the development process
• Support sample development, fittings, and product refinement to ensure design intent and commercial viability
• Assist with additional design projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Fashion Design, product development or fashion and textile design industry
• Strong fashion sense and good understanding of market trends and consumer preference
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
• Knowledge of garment construction, fabric, trims, product development processes and technical drawings
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
• Positive thinking, open-minded attitude, and willingness to learn
