As an Assistant Director of Nursing (Various Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead and manage the operation including the implementation of clinical practices, review of nursing audits, service quality activities, new technologies utilization, etc.
- Monitor and develop the nursing quality.
- Evaluate and implement on the nursing policies and SOP.
- Perform clinical audits.
- Adhere closely to the nursing standards and protocols.
- Liaise with the authorities on the licenses, regulations and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with other team leaders for continuing improvement and compliance.
- Provide leadership to managers and staff.
- Monitor, review and evaluate the budgeting reports, financial reports and performance.
- Monitor closely on the manpower and staffing matters.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with valid full registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- At least 8 years of management experience
